"Yesterday, Insight Communications announced that it has upgraded its digital service with additional, free high-definition (HD) movies and music channels on its video-on-demand (VOD) tier. The second digital upgrade in three months, which is called Insight Digital 3.2, follows on the heels of the company's Digital 3.0 service.
